Bridal Hair

Hair has been a whirlwind, this is the updo I did for my final exam for Bridal and Fashion Hair. My model was against having her face in her photos :)

Fantasy Makeup

Livia, the Zebra. The paint was really slick, and didn't dry, so when she bent her neck down when we were finished, it smeared however it ended up coming out looking pretty cool so I'm not upset about it.

Fundamentals - Day Makeup

First attempt at day makeup. Both pictures include the following:

Colour corrector, foundation, concealer, blush, powder, eyebrow colour, eye shadow (highlighter and 2 x eyeshadow), mascara, lip liner and lipstick.

If you click on any of the pictures they can be viewed full size, which brightens the colours back to their original hue.

Fundamentals - Shading

Again, no before picture. This is an example of shading. She has shading in three places:

Under the chin to create the appearance that her face is perfectly round (which it already is because she has an oval face to begin with), and to get rid of any heaviness under her chin.

Just below the cheekbone to create the appearance of prominent cheekbones, and on the nose to either lengthen or shorten the the nose depending on the person. In this picture she's been shaded for both.

Fundamentals - Foundation

I'm going to start posting my pictures of my progress. I'm still trying to get used to taking pictures of absolutely everything, so for Foundation I don't have a before and after picture, this is an after picture, so you can't really tell the difference but it makes a difference.

She's currently wearing colour corrector, foundation, concealer, and powder.
